Well no one has gotten in contact, not even the few admins who are still clearly active on DA (which I think was rude of them). As such it's safe to assume that everyone has abstained from voting.
As such, since I have the majority of votes (ie, 100% since I was the only one who voted and I voted for myself), then by your logic you can go ahead and replace me as the founder.
It you truly don't believe I'm the only admin left despite all of this time, then feel free to send notes to every admin yourself, and see how many responses you get. Perhaps they will actually respond to a member of the DA support staff.
Unless of course you mean that even in a group with only one admin, a vote still needs to be held with more than one voter. As there is no logic in that scenario, if that is indeed the case, I would very much like to either see the policy that you're following, so that I can see in detail where the problem lies. Or if that is not possible, then I'd like to speak to someone else about the matter.
