Hi,
The Help Desk was contacted concerning the status of your group with the need of a new founder. If you all could respond back to this comment with who should be the new founder I can go ahead and set that in place. Please note that only votes made by admins will count and if other members attempt to vote or weigh-in in any way this will confuse the matter. ~outofoatmilk

It's been two weeks, and none of the other admins have said anything (or even visited the group).

Unfortunately, if we do not receive any more votes we cannot proceed with replacing the founder as we need a majority vote. Apologies.
Well no one has gotten in contact, not even the few admins who are still clearly active on DA (which I think was rude of them). As such it's safe to assume that everyone has abstained from voting.
As such, since I have the majority of votes (ie, 100% since I was the only one who voted and I voted for myself), then by your logic you can go ahead and replace me as the founder.
It you truly don't believe I'm the only admin left despite all of this time, then feel free to send notes to every admin yourself, and see how many responses you get. Perhaps they will actually respond to a member of the DA support staff.
Unless of course you mean that even in a group with only one admin, a vote still needs to be held with more than one voter. As there is no logic in that scenario, if that is indeed the case, I would very much like to either see the policy that you're following, so that I can see in detail where the problem lies. Or if that is not possible, then I'd like to speak to someone else about the matter.

Alright then, thank you. I'll see if I can find any of the admins who are still active on DA, and get them to vote.
I vote for myself, since (as far as I'm aware) I'm the only admin who's still active within the group. Plus, I'm actively trying to get it up and running.
